2 pages, in this order:
Printed under the title: One leather piece on one sheet — which hide it was cut from, the pattern pieces and their sizes, the thread, stitch and hardware, the steps in order, and a squared area for the pattern itself.
Write-on lines: Project · For (customer or stock) · Started · Finished · Hide ref(s) used · Thickness · Thread & stitch spacing · Hardware · Edge finish
Table, 8 rows: Piece · Qty · Cut from · Size · Skive / fold · Notes · Cut
Table, 5 rows: Step · What was done · Tool / size · Time · Notes
Squared grid
Because stitch spacing and thread weight depend on the leather, the piece and the look you want, and the pricking iron you own. Write yours in the header; the point is that the next piece matches this one.
Each piece is cut from a hide reference on the Hide and Leather Stock Sheet, so the area used goes off that hide and the project can be traced to the exact hide if the colour or temper needs matching later.
