Prove, for any client, that a test was done with the product actually used and that the result was known before the colour, lash or tint went on.
Hairdressers, lash and brow technicians, beauty therapists and anyone else applying a product that its manufacturer says to test first.
One page, top to bottom:
Printed under the title: Every patch test you carry out — the product and batch, where it went on, the manufacturer's wait time, and what the client reported before the service went ahead.
The manufacturer's wait time, not ours. How long before a service a patch test is needed, and how a reaction is judged, come from the manufacturer of the product and your insurer — write their wait time in the column for it. This sheet is the record that the test was done and what came of it.

Because it belongs to the product, and different products and manufacturers set different ones. The column is for their figure, copied from their leaflet, not for ours.

Start each session from what actually happened last time — the knot that was found, the pressure they asked for, the oil they liked — instead of asking again.
Reorder the exact piece that went in, and see the history of a site when a client comes back with a concern or for a downsize.
Know which products actually leave the shelf, which stylists sell and which clients bought what, so reordering and commission both come from a record rather than a guess.
