What this sheet is for
Record why a round finished where it did, not just the number, by tracking the three statistics that explain almost all of it.
Who it is for
Club and casual golfers working on their game, and anyone practising with a purpose.
How to use it
- Mark fairways and greens as you go; reconstructing them afterwards is guesswork.
- Write one line about what each bad hole actually cost — it is usually the same thing.
- Total the statistics, not just the score.
- Pick one thing to work on and write it at the bottom.
What is on the sheet
The layout is fixed at a size that fits both A4 and US Letter, so the A4 and Letter files are visually identical and print at full size on either. Rows are set at a height that an adult can actually write a date and a few words into with a pen — most printable tables are built in a word processor and never tested with one.
Questions
Does it calculate a handicap?
No. Handicapping is run by your union or association under their own system, which changes and differs between countries. This is a record of the round.
