Keep each doe's breeding history in one place so that decisions about which to keep are made on evidence.

How to use it
- Record the mating date and work your own expected kindling date from it.
- Check the nest and record what you found, without disturbing more than you must.
- Record losses; they are the figure that improves husbandry.

What is on the sheet
The layout is fixed at a size that fits both A4 and US Letter, so the A4 and Letter files are visually identical and print at full size on either. Rows are set at a height that an adult can actually write a date and a few words into with a pen — most printable tables are built in a word processor and never tested with one.
Questions
How often can a doe be bred?
The sheet prints nothing on this, because the answer differs sharply between commercial and hobby systems and is a welfare question as much as a productivity one. Your breed society or vet is the source.
