See which does actually milk well across a whole lactation rather than on the days you happened to notice.

How to use it
- Measure the same way, at the same times, every day you record.
- Note days in milk — a yield without it cannot be compared.
- Record feed changes on the day they happen.
- Total the lactation at the end; that is the number worth keeping.
What is on the sheet
The layout is fixed at a size that fits both A4 and US Letter, so the A4 and Letter files are visually identical and print at full size on either. Rows are set at a height that an adult can actually write a date and a few words into with a pen — most printable tables are built in a word processor and never tested with one.
Questions
What yield should a goat give?
It depends entirely on breed, stage of lactation, age and feeding, and a printed figure would flatter some does and condemn others unfairly. Your own herd over two seasons is the only benchmark worth having.
