Record each kidding on the day, including the assistance and the losses, so next season is planned from what happened.

How to use it
- Fill it in on the day, at the pen.
- Record assistance honestly — it is the detail that predicts next time.
- Note colostrum; it is the first question asked about any sick kid.
- Tag and record sexes before the kids are mixed up.
What is on the sheet
The layout is fixed at a size that fits both A4 and US Letter, so the A4 and Letter files are visually identical and print at full size on either. Rows are set at a height that an adult can actually write a date and a few words into with a pen — most printable tables are built in a word processor and never tested with one.
Questions
When should I call the vet?
The sheet does not say and will not. That is a judgement in front of the animal, and it depends on the doe, the presentation and your own experience.
