Date a piece of damage to a stay, plan replacements before things fall apart, and reorder the right colour first time.
Who it is for
Housekeeping supervisors, hotel owners and anyone letting furnished rooms who needs to know what is in them and what state it is in.
How to use it
- Walk the room and list everything in it, one row per item or set.
- Note make, colour and size where it matters for reordering.
- Record the condition at listing in your own words.
- At each later check, write the date and condition in the next column.
- Sign and date the record; a damage charge starts from here.

Your own — new, good, worn, damaged, or whatever your house uses. The sheet does not set one, because a word that means something to your team is worth more than a printed scale nobody agrees on.
