What this sheet is for
Get minibar charges onto the bill before the guest is at the desk. The fridges stay stocked and in date without a second visit.
Who it is for
Room attendants and minibar staff in hotels, and small hotels where the person cleaning the room also checks the fridge.
How to use it
- Fill in the par and price table once, from your own minibar tariff and par list.
- Check each minibar and tray before the room is released.
- Write what is missing, the charge from your tariff, and the time it was posted.
- Tick items replaced and note anything opened, damaged or past its date.
- Total the round and list what needs reordering at the bottom.

Why is there no price list on the sheet?
Because the prices are yours and they change. The top table is for your own tariff and par quantities, written in once per sheet, so the charge column below is always taken from your figure and not from someone else's.
