Who this is for

How to use it

1. Pick the shape closest to what you need. Each starts with sensible columns.
2. Click a column heading to rename it. Remove a column with its cross, or add one with the button under the table — up to ten.
3. Give the sheet a title and one line saying what it is for; they print at the top.
4. Fill rows in here if the sheet is for you, or leave it blank if it is for printing and handing out.
5. Download the PDF in A4 or US Letter, or print it directly. Your design is kept in this browser for next time.

The printable is laid out inside a box that fits both A4 and US Letter, so the two files are identical and neither one is scaled. The fillable PDF has real form fields. The online version keeps what you enter in your own browser and builds the completed PDF on your device.

How to print

Download the A4 or US Letter file to match the paper in your printer, open it in a PDF reader and print at 100% — not "fit to page", which shrinks the writing space. Both files leave a 14 mm margin, which clears the unprintable edge on home printers. Questions

What is the difference between this and the Custom Sheet Generator tool?

That tool builds a blank sheet from column names alone and is the quickest way to get one. This one has ten shapes with working columns — a budget that finds the difference, a tracker with a running total, an inspection form with pass and fail — and lets you fill the sheet in before you download it.

Can I add a calculated column?

The shapes that add up — tracker, inventory, budget, maintenance record — come with their calculated columns already in place. Columns you add yourself are plain text.

Where is my design saved?

In your own browser's storage on this device, and nowhere else. There is no account. Download the PDF for a copy you can keep or share.

Can I use the sheets I make at work?

Yes. Print them, hand them to staff, keep them in a binder. What you make here is yours; the licence for the layout allows commercial use.
