The fillable versions have real form fields — open them in any PDF reader, type into them and save. Printing help.

The same sheet, on screen. Totals and figures are worked out as you type, rows can be added or removed, and you can print it or download the completed version as a PDF. Everything stays in your browser — your entries are kept in this browser's own storage on this device, nothing is uploaded, and there is no account.

Who this is for

Your audience, one month at a time. Write the follower or subscriber count on each platform at the end of every month and the sheet works out the change, the combined audience and how the total moved against the month before. A year on one page shows which channel is growing and which has stalled.

Creators, small brands and anyone looking after an account for a club or business who wants a plain record of audience size without relying on each app's own charts.

What this helps you track

  • Follower or subscriber counts on up to three platforms at each month end
  • The net gain or loss on each platform month by month
  • Your total audience across all three, and its percent change
  • How many posts went out in the month alongside the growth
  • Growth on each platform over the whole period

How to use it

  1. Write the brand or account name and the year, and name the three platforms you are tracking in the header.
  2. On the last day of each month, copy the follower or subscriber count from each platform into its column.
  3. Add the number of posts you made that month, so quiet months and busy months can be compared with the growth.
  4. The change columns, total audience and percent change are worked out in the browser and the Excel workbook; on paper subtract last month's figure from this month's.
  5. Check the summary at the end of a quarter or the year to see the growth on each platform since the first month you recorded.

Formats

  • Printable PDF (A4 and US Letter)
  • Fillable PDF with form fields
  • Fill in online, saved in your browser
  • Excel / Google Sheets workbook

The printable is laid out inside a box that fits both A4 and US Letter, so the two files are identical and neither one is scaled. The fillable PDF has real form fields. The workbook uses plain formulas only — SUM, IF, COUNTIF and the like — so it opens in Excel, LibreOffice and Google Sheets without anything breaking, and every calculated cell is grey so you can see which figures it worked out.

How to print

Download the A4 or US Letter file to match the paper in your printer, open it in a PDF reader and print at 100% — not "fit to page", which shrinks the writing space. Both files leave a 14 mm margin, which clears the unprintable edge on home printers. To print the online version with your entries in it, use the Print this sheet button, which prints only the sheet and none of the page around it. More on printing.

Questions

Why record the count at month end rather than whenever I remember?

Because the change figures only mean something if the gaps are the same length. Pick one day, such as the last day of the month, and copy all three counts on that day so they line up.

What if I use more than three platforms?

Track your three main ones here and print or duplicate a second sheet for the rest. The total audience on each sheet then covers the platforms on that sheet only.

Does the total count the same person twice?

Yes, if someone follows you on two platforms they appear in both columns. The total is the sum of the counts, not a count of unique people, and no app can tell you the overlap reliably.

What does the percent change show?

The change in total audience compared with the month before, as a percentage of last month's total. The first month has nothing to compare with, so it stays blank.
