Your handbook's figures. No tyre pressures, chain slack or fluid levels are printed: each comes from the handbook or the tyre maker for your bike, and pressures are checked with the tyres cold. A bike with a fault in its brakes, tyres or lights does not go out until it is put right.

They differ between bikes, tyres and loads, and the right ones are in your handbook or from the tyre maker. A printed figure would be wrong for many bikes, so the sheet asks only that they were checked.

Know how old each helmet is and what it has been through, and when your kit was last checked. A knocked or aged helmet is then replaced, not kept out of habit.
See wear as a trend, so you can plan replacement instead of being told at a test that it is already too late.
Keep a paper record of the round that survives a flat handheld, and settle a 'where is my parcel' query from the row it is on.
