What this sheet is for
Record a short on-site briefing and, more usefully, what the people listening raised in response to it.
Who it is for
Site supervisors, gangers, small contractors, farms and workshops.
How to use it
- Keep the talk short and about something happening this week.
- Write the points covered before you deliver it.
- Everyone present signs — including visitors and the person delivering it.
- Record what was raised, and what you did about it.
- File it with the site paperwork, not in a drawer.
What is on the sheet
The layout is fixed at a size that fits both A4 and US Letter, so the A4 and Letter files are visually identical and print at full size on either. Rows are set at a height that an adult can actually write a date and a few words into with a pen — most printable tables are built in a word processor and never tested with one.
