Know exactly which vouchers are out there, what they are worth and which have come back, so a voucher handed over at the desk can be checked in seconds.
Who it is for
Salons, barbershops, nail bars, spas and studios that sell gift vouchers over the counter or online.
How to use it
- Number the vouchers and write the range on this sheet at the top.
- Log each voucher as it is sold, with what it is for and how it was paid.
- Write in the expiry from your own terms, if you set one.
- When a voucher comes back, record the date, what it was used for and any balance left.
- Check the sheet against unredeemed vouchers when you do the books.
What is on the sheet

Your terms, the rules where you are. Expiry dates, whether a voucher can be part-used and what you do with a lost one are your own terms, written on the voucher and here. Whether an expiry date is allowed at all, and for how long, is set by the rules where you trade — check them, then fill in the column.

Questions
Why is there no expiry period printed?
Because whether you can put an expiry on a voucher at all, and how short it can be, is set by the rules where you trade, and the term itself is your own decision. Write it in per voucher so the log matches what is printed on the voucher.
