Cellar Line Cleaning Record
Show that every line was cleaned to your own interval, with the product and the person written down, so a flat or cloudy pint can be traced to a line and a date.

Keep the oldest container next on and nothing sold past the brewery's date, with a week-end count of full stock, empties and returns that a stock take can use.
Cellar staff, bar managers and licensees in pubs, bars and clubs selling draught beer from kegs and casks.
One page, top to bottom:
Printed under the title: The cellar's kegs and casks as they arrive, are stillaged or coupled, go on sale and come off, so the oldest is always the next one on and nothing goes past the date the brewery put on it. How long a cask needs on the stillage is the brewery's figure for that beer, not a number printed here: write the dates and the sheet becomes your own record of how long each one took.
Write-on lines: Cellar · Week beginning · Cellar person · Delivery day(s)
Table, 12 rows: Product · Keg / cask & size · Delivered · Brewery date on it · Stillaged / vented · On sale · Off / empty · Returned · Notes
Write-on lines: Full kegs in cellar · Full casks · On sale now · Empties awaiting return · Out of date / ullage returned
Because how long a cask needs on the stillage before it is fit to sell is the brewery's figure for that beer, and it varies. The sheet records the dates it was stillaged and put on, so your own record of how long each took builds up.
That sheet is for food and dry stock in a kitchen. This one follows containers through a cellar, with stillage, sale and empties dates that food stock does not have.
Show that every line was cleaned to your own interval, with the product and the person written down, so a flat or cloudy pint can be traced to a line and a date.
Catch what is coming to the end of its date while there is still time to use it, and leave a dated record that the round was walked.
Count stock area by area and see the variance beside the count, so a stock take produces a number you can act on rather than a vague reassurance.
Record what was checked at the door while the driver is still there, so a short delivery or a warm box is a dated line rather than an argument a week later.
