What this sheet is for

Record treatments with the wormer class written down, which is what makes any resistance plan possible a year later.

Who it is for

Flock keepers of every size, from four pet sheep to a commercial flock.

How to use it

  1. Record the reason — a faecal egg count result, or why you treated without one.
  2. Write the product's group or class as well as its name.
  3. Copy the withdrawal from the label and work out the date it ends.
  4. Note when your dosing gun and scales were last checked.

What is on the sheet

The layout is fixed at a size that fits both A4 and US Letter, so the A4 and Letter files are visually identical and print at full size on either. Rows are set at a height that an adult can actually write a date and a few words into with a pen — most printable tables are built in a word processor and never tested with one.

Questions

Which wormer should I use, and how often?

The sheet prints nothing on this. Wormer resistance is a serious and worsening problem, the right approach depends on your own faecal egg counts and region, and routine dosing without testing is now widely advised against. Your vet or an animal health adviser is the source.

Why record the class rather than just the product?

Because rotation and resistance are managed by class, not by brand. Two different brand names can be the same class, and a rotation between them achieves nothing.
