What this sheet is for

Set out who cleans what and how often, with initials against each day so the rota is a record rather than an intention.

Who it is for

Cafés, restaurants, pubs, care kitchens, school kitchens, catering vans and shared workplace kitchens.

How to use it

  1. Write your own method against each task, from the product's own instructions.
  2. Split the list by frequency — daily, weekly, deep clean.
  3. Initial as tasks are done, not at the end of the week.
  4. Have a supervisor check and sign.
  5. Note anything not done and why, rather than leaving a gap.

What is on the sheet

The layout is fixed at a size that fits both A4 and US Letter, so the A4 and Letter files are visually identical and print at full size on either. Rows are set at a height that an adult can actually write a date and a few words into with a pen — most printable tables are built in a word processor and never tested with one.

Questions

Why are no cleaning products or dilutions listed?

Because the method depends on the product you actually use, and using a sanitiser at the wrong dilution or contact time can be worse than not using one. The manufacturer's instructions are the source.
