Printed under the title: Every delivery of beneficials checked in, every release with where, how many and in what conditions, then the checks that followed, so by the end of the season you know what worked against which pest.
The supplier's rate, your record. Release rates, timing and storage are the supplier's: follow the label and their advice for each product and write down what you actually did. Before spraying anything near a release, check its effect on beneficials with the supplier; the sprays column is there so that a poor result can be traced.

Record applications properly at the time, including the conditions, so the record stands up when a buyer, an inspector or a neighbour asks about it.
Keep track of what is under cover at any moment and how it has been treated, so a crop that sulks can be read against the conditions it actually had.
