Record tack checks so that worn stitching is found in the tack room rather than discovered at a canter.
Owners, yards, riding schools and anyone responsible for shared tack.
The layout is fixed at a size that fits both A4 and US Letter, so the A4 and Letter files are visually identical and print at full size on either. Rows are set at a height that an adult can actually write a date and a few words into with a pen — most printable tables are built in a word processor and never tested with one.
No interval is printed. A horse's shape changes with work, season and condition, and a qualified fitter sets the frequency. What is not in doubt is that stitching and billets should be looked at far more often than saddles are fitted.

Track weight and condition across a year so seasonal gain is caught in spring rather than discovered in summer.
Tie an inspection record to a specific piece of equipment by serial number, and record what was found and what was done about it.
