One page that says who cleans what, and when. Each room or area in the house gets a line with its main jobs, the frequency you have chosen, the day it happens, the person responsible and the date it was last done.
Households that want the cleaning shared out and visible, and anyone who keeps losing track of which rooms have been done and which have been quietly skipped.
The printable is laid out inside a box that fits both A4 and US Letter, so the two files are identical and neither one is scaled. The fillable PDF has real form fields. The online version keeps what you enter in your own browser and builds the completed PDF on your device.
Download the A4 or US Letter file to match the paper in your printer, open it in a PDF reader and print at 100% — not "fit to page", which shrinks the writing space. Both files leave a 14 mm margin, which clears the unprintable edge on home printers. To print the online version with your entries in it, use the Print this sheet button, which prints only the sheet and none of the page around it. More on printing.
That is for you to decide, which is why the frequency column is blank. It depends on how many people and animals live there, what the room is used for and what standard you are happy with. Write in what you will actually keep to.
No. This is the overview — one line per room. The daily and weekly checklists break a single room's jobs into tickable tasks. Many people use this to decide the plan and the checklists to carry it out.
Yes. The person column is what makes it work in a shared space: every area has a name against it and a date it was last done, so the conversation is about the sheet rather than about who did what.
It saves in your own browser on the device you used, with nothing sent to us. Print it or download the completed PDF if you want a copy elsewhere.
The handful of jobs that make the biggest difference if done every day.
Every room's weekly jobs on one page, so nothing is done twice or not at all.
Which chores fall on which day, so the week is not front-loaded.
Printable sheets, workbooks and tools on the same subject.
Hold your own weekly routine on one page and see what has actually been done. The jobs are yours to write in; the grid is the part worth printing.
Split the jobs between everyone in the house before the month starts, so the question of whose turn it is has already been answered in writing.
Every sheet, binder, game and puzzle on Upkeep Papers is free to download, with no email and no account. Making them is not free: each one takes days of research, design and checking, and the site costs money to run. If something here saved you time, you can buy us a coffee. It is entirely optional: nothing is locked, and nothing changes if you don’t.
