Free monthly cleaning checklist — the deeper jobs a weekly clean skips, grouped by kitchen, bathroom, bedrooms and whole house. PDF and browser versions.

The jobs a weekly clean walks past. The oven, fridge shelves, grout, under the bed, light fittings and radiators, grouped by room.
Anyone who keeps the weekly routine going but never gets round to the bigger jobs, and households that want one sheet a month to show what was done.
The printable is laid out inside a box that fits both A4 and US Letter, so the two files are identical and neither one is scaled. The fillable PDF has real form fields. The online version keeps what you enter in your own browser and builds the completed PDF on your device.
Download the A4 or US Letter file to match the paper in your printer, open it in a PDF reader and print at 100% — not "fit to page", which shrinks the writing space. Both files leave a 14 mm margin, which clears the unprintable edge on home printers. To print the online version with your entries in it, use the Print this sheet button, which prints only the sheet and none of the page around it. More on printing.
Not necessarily. The list gathers jobs that are done less often than weekly; how much less often is up to you. Some households do the oven monthly and the mattress twice a year. Tick what you did and let the sheets show the pattern.
This is a maintenance list — the same jobs each month. The deep-clean checklist is a one-off, room-by-room pass that goes further, for a spring clean, a move or after a long gap.
Yes. It is a useful record to keep alongside an inventory: a set of dated monthly sheets shows the home was looked after, which can matter when a deposit is discussed. It does not replace any inspection your tenancy requires.
There are none, deliberately. The sheet lists what to clean, not what to clean it with.

Which rooms have had every pass and which are half done.
Which rooms are in the plan, in the order you will do them.
Printable sheets, workbooks and tools on the same subject.
Work through the deep-clean backlog one room at a time, and know which jobs you have actually done. Nobody remembers the extractor filter without a list.
Turn a vague intention to look after the house into a page you can tick off, so the jobs that only need doing once or twice a year actually get done.
Every sheet, binder, game and puzzle on Upkeep Papers is free to download, with no email and no account. Making them is not free: each one takes days of research, design and checking, and the site costs money to run. If something here saved you time, you can buy us a coffee. It is entirely optional: nothing is locked, and nothing changes if you don’t.
