Free 30-day decluttering challenge tracker — one area a day, a count of what went, a tick when done and a running total. PDF and browser versions.

The same sheet, on screen. Totals and figures are worked out as you type, rows can be added or removed, and you can print it or download the completed version as a PDF. Everything stays in your browser — your entries are kept in this browser's own storage on this device, nothing is uploaded, and there is no account.
Thirty days, one area a day, and a count of what left the house. Each day has a line for the area you tackled, the number of items that went and a tick.
Anyone who has tried to declutter a whole house in a weekend and given up, and would rather do a drawer, a shelf or a cupboard a day for a month.
The printable is laid out inside a box that fits both A4 and US Letter, so the two files are identical and neither one is scaled. The fillable PDF has real form fields. The online version keeps what you enter in your own browser and builds the completed PDF on your device.
Download the A4 or US Letter file to match the paper in your printer, open it in a PDF reader and print at 100% — not "fit to page", which shrinks the writing space. Both files leave a 14 mm margin, which clears the unprintable edge on home printers. To print the online version with your entries in it, use the Print this sheet button, which prints only the sheet and none of the page around it. More on printing.
The area column is blank on purpose. Start with whatever is bothering you most, or with the smallest thing so the first day is easy. A list handed down from someone else rarely matches a real house.
Whatever you decide, as long as you are consistent. Some people count a bag of clothes as one item, others count every garment. The total is for you, so pick the rule that keeps you honest.
Write both on the line, or use the next day's line and get ahead. The sheet is a tracker, not a timetable.
Yes — the total items out and the number of days completed are worked out as you type, and everything is saved in your own browser on that device.

What is in each room, in the order you walked it.
Printable sheets, workbooks and tools on the same subject.
Get the decision written down and dated, which is where decluttering actually fails — not in the sorting but in the pile that migrates to the garage.
Know what is in the boxes without going up into the loft, by numbering the boxes and keeping the list on paper.
Every sheet, binder, game and puzzle on Upkeep Papers is free to download, with no email and no account. Making them is not free: each one takes days of research, design and checking, and the site costs money to run. If something here saved you time, you can buy us a coffee. It is entirely optional: nothing is locked, and nothing changes if you don’t.
