Pool Water Replacement and Dilution Log
Show how much fresh water a pool has really had against how many people have used it, so a pool that is being under-diluted is found from the meter rather than from a complaint about the air.

A free printable bather load sheet for a pool — head counts by pool and time through the day, lifeguards on poolside and whether entry was held, to your limit.
One page. Choose your paper size — both versions are laid out identically, so neither one gets shrunk to fit.

Fill it in type and save
The fillable versions have real form fields — open them in any PDF reader, type into them and save. Printing help.
Put a real number on how busy the pool was and when, so the dilution, the dosing and the staffing can all be read against the same count instead of against a guess.
Duty managers, receptionists and lifeguards at public, hotel, school and club pools that count bathers as part of their operating procedures.
One page, top to bottom:
Printed under the title: A head count of the pool at set times through the day, against the limit your own operating procedures set — the number that drives dilution, dosing and how many staff are on poolside.
Your limit, written in by you. The maximum bather load, and how many lifeguards a given count needs, come from your pool safety operating procedures and the rules where you are — yours to write in the boxes, not ours to print.
Write-on lines: Site / pool · Date · Duty manager · Max bather load (whose figure) · Pools counted (main, learner, spa…) · Counted how · Lifeguards per count (whose figure) · At close — total admissions · Peak count · Peak time · Times limit reached · Sessions closed to entry
Table, 11 rows: Time · Main pool · Second pool · Spa / other · Total in water · Lifeguards on poolside · Session or programme · Counted by · Entry held?
Because it is worked out from your pool's own area, depth and layout in your pool safety operating procedures, and the rules where you are may add to it. The sheet has a box for that number and a column to show when it was reached.
As often as your procedures say — the time column is blank so it can be every hour, every session or every change of lifeguard, whichever you run.

Turn the plant operator's walk-round into a row of readings that can be laid beside yesterday's, so a filter that is slowly blinding or a day tank that is emptying faster than it did last week is seen as a trend.
Know who is in the building and when they left, which matters on a normal day for class numbers and matters a great deal on the day of an evacuation.
Track water chemistry as a trend, so you can correct a drift early instead of chasing a problem after it appears.
