Keep on top of chemistry in a small volume of hot water, where readings move fast and drain-downs are on a schedule.

Hot tub and spa owners, and hosts running a tub at a holiday let.
How to use it
- Record the tub volume, sanitiser type and filter part number once.
- Test frequently — small volumes change quickly.
- Log filter rinsing, deep cleaning and replacement separately.
- Note the drain-down date and when the next one is due.
What is on the sheet
The layout is fixed at a size that fits both A4 and US Letter, so the A4 and Letter files are visually identical and print at full size on either. Rows are set at a height that an adult can actually write a date and a few words into with a pen — most printable tables are built in a word processor and never tested with one.
Questions
How often should a hot tub be drained?
Manufacturers usually give an interval based on volume and use — heavier use means more often. Follow your own manufacturer's guidance and record the dates here.
Do let properties have extra duties?
Often yes. A tub provided to paying guests is usually treated differently from a domestic one, with more demanding water management requirements. Check what applies where you operate.
