See which winter the scraper bar went and how many shear pins the auger has eaten. The part numbers sit at the top, so the right shear pin is bought, not a bolt that happens to fit the hole.
Households, caretakers and grounds staff with a single or two-stage snow blower, petrol or battery.

Ruled lines: Notes — what the machine cleared badly, odd noises, parts to order before winter
Because a shear pin is meant to break before the gearbox does. An ordinary bolt of the same size will not, and the next stone in the auger can wreck the drive. The column is a reminder to fit the maker's listed part every time.
In the blanks at the top, for you to copy from your own handbook. They differ from one machine and engine to the next, so a printed figure would be a guess on your behalf.
Yes. Leave the oil and plug lines blank and use the rest as written; the auger, shear pins, scraper bar and belts wear the same way whatever drives them.

Do one pass through everything with an engine before the cold, so nothing needs a carburettor rebuild in spring.
Know in spring where every battery, drain plug and machine actually is, and whether it started, instead of finding out the hard way on the first fine day.
Know how old the fuel in each can is before it goes into an engine. Guessing is how a carburettor ends up being cleaned in spring.
