Before storing for winter
- Water fully drained from pump, hose and gun
- Pump antifreeze or protector run through
- Detergent tank flushed clean
- Fuel drained or stabilised
- Stored where it cannot freeze — a frozen pump is a dead pump

Questions
Why does frost destroy a pressure washer?
Water left in the pump expands as it freezes and cracks the housing or the valves. Draining it, or running pump antifreeze through, is the difference between a working machine and a new one.
