What this sheet is for
Service by hours rather than by date, which is how tractor intervals are actually specified.
Who it is for
Compact and garden tractor owners, smallholders and anyone running machinery with an hour meter.
How to use it
- Record oil types, quantities and filter numbers once — there are several different oils and mixing them up is expensive.
- Log each service against the hour reading.
- Run the daily checks before use, particularly the safety cut-outs.
- Grease on schedule; it is the cheapest maintenance there is.
What is on the sheet
The layout is fixed at a size that fits both A4 and US Letter, so the A4 and Letter files are visually identical and print at full size on either. Rows are set at a height that an adult can actually write a date and a few words into with a pen — most printable tables are built in a word processor and never tested with one.
