What this sheet is for
Keep the ordering knowledge out of one person's head and on a page anybody could pick up.
Who it is for
Small businesses, workshops, kitchens, salons, trades and clubs that buy from the same handful of suppliers repeatedly.
How to use it
- One line per supplier.
- Record what they actually supply, not just their trading name.
- Note the account number — it is what gets asked for on the phone.
- Record the terms you agreed, and review them.
- Update it whenever a contact changes.
What is on the sheet
The layout is fixed at a size that fits both A4 and US Letter, so the A4 and Letter files are visually identical and print at full size on either. Rows are set at a height that an adult can actually write a date and a few words into with a pen — most printable tables are built in a word processor and never tested with one.

Why record payment terms?
Because they are usually agreed once, verbally, and then forgotten — and they are the first thing in dispute when an invoice is chased.
