What this sheet is for

Track playing kit by number through a season so what has not come back is a question with an answer.

Who it is for

Team kit managers, junior clubs, schools and any club that lends out numbered playing kit.

How to use it

  1. Record the shirt number, not just the size.
  2. Have each player sign for their kit.
  3. Take a deposit if that is your club's practice, and record its return.
  4. Chase outstanding kit at the end of the season, not the start of the next one.

What is on the sheet

The layout is fixed at a size that fits both A4 and US Letter, so the A4 and Letter files are visually identical and print at full size on either. Rows are set at a height that an adult can actually write a date and a few words into with a pen — most printable tables are built in a word processor and never tested with one.
