What this sheet is for
Track playing kit by number through a season so what has not come back is a question with an answer.
Who it is for
Team kit managers, junior clubs, schools and any club that lends out numbered playing kit.
How to use it
- Record the shirt number, not just the size.
- Have each player sign for their kit.
- Take a deposit if that is your club's practice, and record its return.
- Chase outstanding kit at the end of the season, not the start of the next one.
