The same sheet, on screen. Tick, type, add or remove rows, then print it or download the completed version as a PDF. Everything stays in your browser — your entries are kept in this browser's own storage on this device, nothing is uploaded, and there is no account.
All your personal bests on one page. Record the best you have done for each lift, distance, swim, row or bodyweight move, with when and where you set it and what it beat.
Anyone who trains across more than one activity and wants their bests in one place rather than scattered across apps, notebooks and memory.
The printable is laid out inside a box that fits both A4 and US Letter, so the two files are identical and neither one is scaled. The fillable PDF has real form fields. The online version keeps what you enter in your own browser and builds the completed PDF on your device.
Download the A4 or US Letter file to match the paper in your printer, open it in a PDF reader and print at 100% — not "fit to page", which shrinks the writing space. Both files leave a 14 mm margin, which clears the unprintable edge on home printers. To print the online version with your entries in it, use the Print this sheet button, which prints only the sheet and none of the page around it. More on printing.
Whatever you decide to measure, done under conditions you would repeat: a timed distance, a heaviest lift for a set number of reps, most reps in a set. Note the conditions so the next attempt is fair.
Either, as long as the measure column says which, such as 1 rep at a weight or reps at a fixed weight. The sheet does not convert between them or estimate maximums.
It shows how far each record moved. Some people keep a separate line per year instead, which shows the season's best as well as the all-time one.
Yes, one sheet per person. For timed club events there is also a sheet for athletics events and personal bests.
The best set on each of four lifts, week by week.
Every event you are considering, entered or have finished, in date order.
Reps or seconds for up to five sets of each exercise.
Printable sheets, workbooks and tools on the same subject.
See at a glance what an athlete's best is in each event and where it was set, and check a claimed PB against the actual results rather than memory.
See what you actually lifted set by set, so the next session is decided by what happened rather than by what you think you remember.
Every sheet, binder, game and puzzle on Upkeep Papers is free to download, with no email and no account. Making them is not free: each one takes days of research, design and checking, and the site costs money to run. If something here saved you time, you can buy us a coffee. It is entirely optional: nothing is locked, and nothing changes if you don’t.
Opens PayPal in a new tab. Any amount, and nothing changes if you would rather not.
