Free dog walking round sheet — the dogs on the round, each walk with length and price, paid ticks and a weekly total. PDF, Excel and browser versions.
2 pages. The A4 and US Letter files are laid out identically, so neither is shrunk to fit.

Fillable PDF type and save
Spreadsheet formulas included
The fillable versions have real form fields — open them in any PDF reader, type into them and save. Printing help.
The same sheet, on screen. Totals and figures are worked out as you type, rows can be added or removed, and you can print it or download the completed version as a PDF. Everything stays in your browser — your entries are kept in this browser's own storage on this device, nothing is uploaded, and there is no account.
A week of a dog walking round on one sheet. The upper table is a line per walk, with how long it was, what it costs and whether it has been paid for, adding up to the week's takings and the week's unpaid; the lower table is the round itself — each dog, the owner, where the key is and what that owner is charged.
Dog walkers running a round of several dogs a day, walkers covering someone else's round for a week, and small walking businesses that invoice at the end of the week.
The printable is laid out inside a box that fits both A4 and US Letter, so the two files are identical and neither one is scaled. The fillable PDF has real form fields. The workbook uses plain formulas only — SUM, IF, COUNTIF and the like — so it opens in Excel, LibreOffice and Google Sheets without anything breaking, and every calculated cell is grey so you can see which figures it worked out.
Download the A4 or US Letter file to match the paper in your printer, open it in a PDF reader and print at 100% — not "fit to page", which shrinks the writing space. Both files leave a 14 mm margin, which clears the unprintable edge on home printers. To print the online version with your entries in it, use the Print this sheet button, which prints only the sheet and none of the page around it. More on printing.
That is between you and the owner, and it depends on the dog. The minutes column records what you actually did; no length is suggested here.
Your own rate. The sheet multiplies and totals whatever you enter and has no prices of its own.
Every walk with the paid box unticked is added up. Tick the box as the money arrives and the figure falls to zero.
Yes. Give each dog its own line for the same walk, so the price and the paid tick stay per client, and put the group in the notes.
No, but it gives you the lines to write one from. The invoice generator will turn them into a numbered invoice.
Arrival and departure times, and who handed the dog over at each end.
The dog, the owner and a second number, on the card rather than in a phone.
Line totals from quantity and unit price, with no arithmetic by hand.
Distance per journey and in total, from two odometer readings.
Printable sheets, workbooks and tools on the same subject.
Run a week of appointments and the money that goes with them from one page.
See at a glance which invoices are out, which are late and when each was last chased, which is the information that actually gets invoices paid.
Every sheet, binder, game and puzzle on Upkeep Papers is free to download, with no email and no account. Making them is not free: each one takes days of research, design and checking, and the site costs money to run. If something here saved you time, you can buy us a coffee. It is entirely optional: nothing is locked, and nothing changes if you don’t.
