What this sheet is for

Keep every booking reference somewhere you can read it without a signal, a battery or a password, and see at a glance what has been paid for and by whom.

Who it is for

Anyone whose trip is spread across several booking sites, families where more than one person books things, and anyone travelling where data is unreliable.

How to use it

Copy each reference out by hand as soon as the booking is confirmed.
Record who booked it — that is who can change or cancel it.
Note what was actually paid, so the split at the end is not guesswork.
Keep the sheet with your documents and photograph it for someone at home.

Questions

Why write references out by hand?

Because the moment you need a reference is usually the moment you cannot reach the email that holds it: no signal, a flat phone, or an account that wants a code sent to the phone you have lost. Paper works in all three.

Why is there no column for the price in a set currency?

Because a trip can cross several currencies and we will not guess yours. Write the amount with its currency in the paid column, or keep one sheet per currency.
