How to use it
- One sheet per property per tax year.
- Record every cost as it happens, including the small ones.
- Use your own categories consistently — the ones you and your accountant agree.
- Tick whether the receipt is held, and file it the same day.
- Carry a running total forward so you always know roughly where you are.
