What this sheet is for

Remember who did what, what it cost, and who was worth calling back — and have a dated record if a dispute ever starts.

Who it is for

Homeowners, landlords and anyone managing renovation or repair work.

How to use it

  1. Fill in a line while the trade is still on site, or the same day.
  2. Record the company and a direct contact, not just a first name.
  3. Note the cost even if it was a quote you did not take.
  4. Use the last column honestly — it is the most useful one.

What is on the sheet

The layout is fixed at a size that fits both A4 and US Letter, so the A4 and Letter files are visually identical and print at full size on either. Rows are set at a height that an adult can actually write a date and a few words into with a pen — most printable tables are built in a word processor and never tested with one.
