A whole year on a single sheet. The twelve months are already down the side and each one has room for the dates that are fixed, the time away, the things that renew and whatever large job belongs to that part of the year.
Anyone who plans further ahead than a month and wants to see the shape of the year before booking anything — households juggling holidays and school terms, freelancers spacing out work, and people who keep a paper year beside a digital calendar.
The printable is laid out inside a box that fits both A4 and US Letter, so the two files are identical and neither one is scaled. The fillable PDF has real form fields. The online version keeps what you enter in your own browser and builds the completed PDF on your device.
Download the A4 or US Letter file to match the paper in your printer, open it in a PDF reader and print at 100% — not "fit to page", which shrinks the writing space. Both files leave a 14 mm margin, which clears the unprintable edge on home printers. To print the online version with your entries in it, use the Print this sheet button, which prints only the sheet and none of the page around it. More on printing.
No, and that is the point. This sheet holds the handful of things per month that decide what the year looks like; the monthly planner and the weekly planner carry the detail underneath it.
The months are printed in order from January, so a year that runs from another month is easiest to keep by starting at that row and carrying on down, then printing a second copy for the tail of the year.
Yes. Write the household in the name field and put everyone's dates on the same rows. The family weekly schedule splits the week into a column per person if you need that level of detail.
Whatever you pay for that comes round again — insurance, memberships, a contract, a subscription. Take the dates from the documents rather than from memory, and keep the full list on a renewal calendar.
Yes. The browser version saves in your own browser, prints, and downloads as a completed PDF, so a year you have typed once can be reprinted whenever it changes.

Making them is not free: each one takes days of research, design and checking, and the site costs money to run. If something here saved you time, you can buy us a coffee.
