The same sheet, on screen. Tick, type, add or remove rows, then print it or download the completed version as a PDF. Everything stays in your browser — your entries are kept in this browser's own storage on this device, nothing is uploaded, and there is no account.
A record of the people in your weeks. Each line holds the date, who it was, whether you met, called or messaged, what you did, how it felt in your words and anything you said you would do next — so that the friend you keep meaning to ring has a date beside their name.
Anyone who has noticed that months pass without seeing the people they like, people new to a town, people working from home, carers and anyone recovering from a spell when seeing people was hard — and anyone who simply wants to remember a good evening.
The printable is laid out inside a box that fits both A4 and US Letter, so the two files are identical and neither one is scaled. The fillable PDF has real form fields. The online version keeps what you enter in your own browser and builds the completed PDF on your device.
Download the A4 or US Letter file to match the paper in your printer, open it in a PDF reader and print at 100% — not "fit to page", which shrinks the writing space. Both files leave a 14 mm margin, which clears the unprintable edge on home printers. To print the online version with your entries in it, use the Print this sheet button, which prints only the sheet and none of the page around it. More on printing.
No. It has no target, no count of friends and no idea of what a good week of company looks like. It records who you saw and leaves the rest to you.

Whatever is true, in your words. Warm, awkward, easy, tiring, better than expected. There is no scale, and the point is to notice, not to score.
No — family, neighbours, colleagues you like, a regular at the shop. Anyone whose company is part of your week belongs on it.
A long gap or a line of draining entries is worth noticing, and worth talking to someone about if it worries you. The sheet has nothing to say about it beyond having recorded it.
The areas of your life you decide to look at, in your own list.
Mood and energy at different times of the day, described the way you describe them.
Who you have met, where they work and how you came to meet.
Who has a birthday or anniversary and when, in date order.
Small things that fit into the gaps of an ordinary day.
