Pet Feeding Schedule
Free printable pet feeding schedule — feed times, food and amount as advised by your vet, who feeds, plus a Monday-to-Sunday tick grid. PDF and browser.

Who this is for
A feeding plan and a week of ticks on one page. The schedule table says what is fed, when, how much and by whom; the grid underneath is ticked each day so nobody in the house feeds the animal twice or not at all.
Households where more than one person feeds the pet, owners of an animal on a weight or medical diet set by the vet, and anyone leaving a sitter or a neighbour in charge for a week.
What this helps you track
- What the pet eats at each feed, and how much, in your own words or your vet's
- Who is responsible for each feed, so it is not everyone's and therefore nobody's
- Whether today's feeds, water change and supplements have been done
- A plan that a sitter can follow without ringing you
How to use it
- Write the pet, the food and the week at the top.
- In the schedule, list each feed: the time, what is given, the amount as your vet or the packet advises, and who does it.
- Print it and stick it near the food. Tick the grid at each feed, water change or supplement.
- Online, tick the same grid in your browser and start a fresh week when the old one is full.
- Write anything unusual — food refused, a change of diet, an upset stomach — in the notes.

The printable is laid out inside a box that fits both A4 and US Letter, so the two files are identical and neither one is scaled. The fillable PDF has real form fields. The online version keeps what you enter in your own browser and builds the completed PDF on your device.
How to print
Download the A4 or US Letter file to match the paper in your printer, open it in a PDF reader and print at 100% — not "fit to page", which shrinks the writing space. Both files leave a 14 mm margin, which clears the unprintable edge on home printers. To print the online version with your entries in it, use the Print this sheet button, which prints only the sheet and none of the page around it. More on printing.
Questions
How much should I feed?
That depends on the species, breed, age, weight, activity and the food itself, and it is your vet's or the manufacturer's figure, not ours. The amount column is a blank for whatever you have been advised.
Can I use it for two pets?
The schedule rows can name the pet as well as the feed, so two cats fed together fit on one sheet. Animals on different diets are easier to keep on separate sheets.
Why the tick grid?
Because the usual failure is not knowing whether someone else has already fed the animal. A tick made at the bowl settles it.
What about treats and supplements?
Give them a row of their own in the grid so they are counted. Anything prescribed by the vet is better recorded on the medication log.
