2 pages. The A4 and US Letter files are laid out identically, so neither is shrunk to fit.

The fillable versions have real form fields — open them in any PDF reader, type into them and save. Printing help.
The same sheet, on screen. Totals and figures are worked out as you type, rows can be added or removed, and you can print it or download the completed version as a PDF. Everything stays in your browser — your entries are kept in this browser's own storage on this device, nothing is uploaded, and there is no account.
What is in the pet cupboard and what is running out. Each line holds the item, how many you have, the level you reorder at, the price you paid and the value of what is on the shelf. Tick the reorder box and the summary counts how many lines need buying.
Households that buy pet food and litter in bulk, people with several animals and a cupboard nobody can see the back of, and anyone leaving a sitter to find things.
The printable is laid out inside a box that fits both A4 and US Letter, so the two files are identical and neither one is scaled. The fillable PDF has real form fields. The workbook uses plain formulas only — SUM, IF, COUNTIF and the like — so it opens in Excel, LibreOffice and Google Sheets without anything breaking, and every calculated cell is grey so you can see which figures it worked out.
Download the A4 or US Letter file to match the paper in your printer, open it in a PDF reader and print at 100% — not "fit to page", which shrinks the writing space. Both files leave a 14 mm margin, which clears the unprintable edge on home printers. To print the online version with your entries in it, use the Print this sheet button, which prints only the sheet and none of the page around it. More on printing.
Yours. It depends on how fast you get through a bag, how far the shop is and how much cupboard you have. The column exists so the figure is written down rather than remembered.
No. Prices are whatever you paid, typed in by you. The sheet multiplies the quantity by the price and totals the column; it knows nothing about what anything costs.
List what is in the cupboard by name, with what is left, by all means. What any medicine is for and how it is given belongs with the medication log and your vet's instructions, not here.
Both, which is the point. It records what is there, and the ticked lines are what needs buying. Clear the ticks after a shop.
Yes — it is just a counted, valued list, and the category column takes whatever labels you use. For a business, the stock take and inventory sheets carry more detail.
