The same sheet, on screen. Totals and figures are worked out as you type, rows can be added or removed, and you can print it or download the completed version as a PDF. Everything stays in your browser — your entries are kept in this browser's own storage on this device, nothing is uploaded, and there is no account.
Eid day planned in one place. A gift and Eidi list shows what each child and relative is to receive and whether it has been given, a food table shares out the cooking, and a checklist covers outfits, the home and visits. The totals add up what the day is costing.
Families preparing for Eid al-Fitr or Eid al-Adha, whether hosting at home or visiting relatives, and the person in the family who keeps track of the Eidi.
The printable is laid out inside a box that fits both A4 and US Letter, so the two files are identical and neither one is scaled. The fillable PDF has real form fields. The workbook uses plain formulas only — SUM, IF, COUNTIF and the like — so it opens in Excel, LibreOffice and Google Sheets without anything breaking, and every calculated cell is grey so you can see which figures it worked out.
Download the A4 or US Letter file to match the paper in your printer, open it in a PDF reader and print at 100% — not "fit to page", which shrinks the writing space. Both files leave a 14 mm margin, which clears the unprintable edge on home printers. To print the online version with your entries in it, use the Print this sheet button, which prints only the sheet and none of the page around it. More on printing.
That is entirely a family decision and varies widely, so the sheet has no suggested amounts. Enter the figure you have chosen for each person and the total shows what it comes to.
Use a fresh sheet for each, so Eid al-Fitr and Eid al-Adha each have their own list. Last time's sheet is a handy reminder of who was on the list.
In the same table. Write the gift in the gift or Eidi column and its cost in the amount column, so the total covers both.
The browser version saves in your own browser on the device you use. Nothing is sent anywhere and there is no account.

Every sheet, binder, game and puzzle on Upkeep Papers is free to download, with no email and no account. Making them is not free: each one takes days of research, design and checking, and the site costs money to run. If something here saved you time, you can buy us a coffee. It is entirely optional: nothing is locked, and nothing changes if you don’t.
