Download the A4 or US Letter file to match the paper in your printer, open it in a PDF reader and print at 100% — not "fit to page", which shrinks the writing space. To print the online version with your entries in it, use the Print this sheet button, which prints only the sheet and none of the page around it. More on printing.
You usually buy the home but not the land it stands on. Your rights to keep it on the pitch come from a written agreement with the site owner, so the agreement, the site licence and the site rules matter as much as the home itself.

Some sites are only allowed to be used for holidays or for part of the year. If you mean to live there all year, confirm the planning and licence conditions allow it before you buy.
Each check has a line beside it for what you found, and the notes area at the end is for questions, answers and who gave them, with dates. Ask for anything important in writing.
