How to use it
- Fill it in at the time, at the first aid point.
- Record supplies used — it is how the kit gets restocked before it is needed.
- Note whether a formal accident record was also completed.
- Keep the log secure; it holds health information about named people.
- Review it periodically for repeat causes.

A log, not first aid guidance. This is a log of treatment given, not guidance on giving it. It prints no first aid instruction of any kind. Where an entry needs a formal accident record, complete one as well. What must be tested or recorded, how often, by whom and how long the record must be kept differ by country and by the kind of premises. This sheet prints no interval and no criterion, names no scheme and satisfies no regulation on its own.
