The same sheet, on screen. Tick, type, add or remove rows, then print it or download the completed version as a PDF. Everything stays in your browser — your entries are kept in this browser's own storage on this device, nothing is uploaded, and there is no account.
A week of revision on one page, in blocks you set yourself. Write the start and finish time of each block at the top, then fill the grid underneath with the subject or topic you are giving to each block on each day.
Anyone revising to a deadline — GCSE, A level, Highers, IB, degree finals or a professional exam — who wants the week laid out before it starts rather than decided every morning.
The printable is laid out inside a box that fits both A4 and US Letter, so the two files are identical and neither one is scaled. The fillable PDF has real form fields. The online version keeps what you enter in your own browser and builds the completed PDF on your device.
Download the A4 or US Letter file to match the paper in your printer, open it in a PDF reader and print at 100% — not "fit to page", which shrinks the writing space. Both files leave a 14 mm margin, which clears the unprintable edge on home printers. To print the online version with your entries in it, use the Print this sheet button, which prints only the sheet and none of the page around it. More on printing.
That is yours to decide, which is why the times are blank. Set blocks that match your concentration, your travel and the rest of your day, and keep them the same length across the week so the grid stays readable.
Because a timetable printed with somebody else's hours is thrown away by lunchtime. Five blocks with your own start and finish times fit a school day, a shift pattern and a university timetable equally well.
Give it more blocks, or use two sheets for the week. The grid is there to show you how the time is being shared out, so an uneven week is information rather than a fault.
Yes. The browser version takes the same grid, saves what you type in your own browser, and prints or downloads as a PDF when you want it on the wall.
