Emergency Contact Sheet Generator

Type your household’s emergency information once and print a clean sheet to pin up where it can be found.

Everything happens in your browser. Nothing you type is uploaded, there is no account, and the PDF is built on your own device. We count how often this tool is opened and used — a number, with nothing attached to it. What that means.

The household
People

Household members first, then the people to ring. Leave any row blank and it will not print.

Services

How it works

  1. Fill in the people, services and numbers somebody would need.
  2. Leave anything blank that does not apply — it simply will not print.
  3. Print it for the fridge or the cupboard door, and put a copy in the binder.

Why use this rather than the printable?

A babysitter, a house-sitter or a visiting relative should not be searching a phone for the number of your plumber at eleven at night. Typed, printed and pinned up beats saved in somebody’s contacts.

Both exist on purpose. If you would rather not type anything, the blank printable versions below are free, need no browser and never change. The tool is for when the personalised version is worth three minutes.

Questions

Is it safe to put this on a wall?

In a private home that is usually the whole point. In a let property, a shared building or anywhere strangers pass through, think about what somebody reading it would learn, and keep the more personal detail somewhere less public.

Does any of it reach you?

No. Everything stays in your browser and the PDF is built on your device. We could not read it if we wanted to.
