The Vehicle and Machine Logbook Pack

Service records for everything with an engine.

Every vehicle and outdoor machine sheet in one set, with extra blanks of the ones you need repeatedly — a service log per machine, a specification block per machine, and the seasonal checklists that keep them alive.

What is included

All 16 sheets from vehicles, outdoor machines, plus the items below that only exist in the assembled set.

  • Ten extra blank copies of the general small engine log, one per machine
  • Glovebox-sized specification cards for two vehicles
  • Workshop wall versions of the pre-use checklists, printed larger
  • Section dividers for vehicles, garden machinery and workshop equipment
  • A printed index with space to write your own machine names against each sheet

Who it is for

Anyone with a shed or garage full of engines — mowers, saws, generators, compressors, a car they service themselves, a boat, a tractor.

What is in it

Every sheet below is downloadable free, right now, on its own page. Nothing in this bundle is withheld from the free library.

Lawn Mower Service Log

Keep a mower running past its fifth year, by tracking the three things that actually kill them: stale fuel, a blocked air filter and neglected oil.

OM-01 2 pages

Chainsaw Maintenance Log

Keep the chain and bar specifications where you can find them, and track sharpening and servicing between them.

OM-02 2 pages

Generator Service and Run Log

Make sure a standby generator actually starts when the power goes out, by recording the monthly exercise runs that keep it alive.

OM-03 1 page

Air Compressor Maintenance Log

Record the tank drain that protects against internal corrosion, and keep the servicing history for a machine that holds pressure.

OM-05 1 page

Small Engine Service Log

Give every small machine in the shed the same maintenance record, using one sheet per machine.

OM-06 1 page

Tractor Service Record

Service by hours rather than by date, which is how tractor intervals are actually specified.

OM-07 2 pages

… and 8 more. See the whole library.

Questions

Does this include manufacturer service schedules?

No, and it never will. Service intervals differ between models and build years, and those schedules are the manufacturer’s own work. Every sheet is designed to hold the figures from your handbook rather than to replace it.
